Refund policy

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your item. 

Personalized orders are non refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.


To start a return, email y.a.fusedglass@gmail.com. Please include your order # and the item you are requesting to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without return approval will not be accepted. Y.A. Fused Glass does not provide prepaid return labels for returns.

Shipping fees for the original item are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Personalized orders are prepared exactly as they are submitted. We do not take responsibility for inaccurate spelling and/or other inaccurate information submitted.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are not responsible for lost or returned items due to the customer submitting inaccurate address information. If any item is returned to us by the courier, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with a correct mailing address and new postage fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
